PURELOG products provided by DamaBois Inc. are new and guaranteed to be free of any defect. We cannot, however, guarantee that product descriptions, product images or any other piece of content contained on this website are accurate, complete, up-to-date and free of error.
If, upon reception, a product is discovered to be damaged or does not correspond to the product that was ordered, DamaBois Inc. will exchange or refund it on the condition that the product is returned in its original packaging, accompanied by the delivery slip and a copy of the bill, within 10 days following the delivery date.
If, for another reason, a customer wishes to return the product, three options are available to them: 1) exchange the product for another, 2) obtain a credit note or 3) request a refund. The return must be made in the time period mentioned above. Products that are not defective must be returned in their original packaging accompanied by the delivery slip as well as a copy of the bill. A restocking fee equal to 15% to 50% of the refunded merchandise may apply depending on the condition of the products. DamaBois Inc. does not cover the shipping fees for returned items. Customers wishing to return an item must contact a member of DamaBois Inc. customer services prior to shipping at 1.833.FIRELOG (347.3564). If the terms of return are respected by the customer, the customer services member will create an authorization number. To be accepted, all returned merchandise must be accompanied by an authorization number.

Catalogue prices do not include sales taxes. They will be added separately on your bill.

Delivery times
Allow 4 to 5 business days for deliveries in Quebec or Ontario (5 to 8 days for the rest of Canada) when products are in stock in our warehouse. DamaBois Inc. cannot be held liable for any delay in delivery due to inventory shortages or the shipper’s inability to deliver on time.
